Laser diffraction analyser that adds two blue 405 nm lasers to the red source, because the shorter wavelength improves resolution at the fine end. It measures from 0.01 µm to 2.8 mm and applies Mie theory for spherical particles with a modified Mie calculation for non-spherical ones.
The large size version of the process CAMSIZER, covering 160 µm to 135 mm for coarse bulk material moving on a production line. It uses the same imaging principle and stainless steel construction as the standard ONLINE unit in a larger frame.
