PDDRC is a computer controlled unit for studying the unsteady emptying of tanks. Level and flow are logged as a reservoir drains through orifices and pipes of different size, so the discharge time can be compared with theory.

TSCAC is a computer controlled unit for studying air flow in duct systems. Fan output, air velocity and pressure drop across straight runs, bends, dampers and changes of section are logged so duct systems can be characterised.
EGAC is a computer controlled unit for studying pressure transients in pipelines. A fast acting valve closes while pressure is logged at high speed, so the surge magnitude, the wave speed and the effect of an air vessel can be examined.
HECA is a bench for studying air flow. A fan drives air through ducts fitted with orifice plates, venturis, nozzles and Pitot tubes, so flow measurement methods can be compared and pressure losses along the duct measured.
