Biodiesel can be produced from vegetable oil using the Computer Controlled Biodiesel Process Unit, "EBDC", which allows the main parameters influencing the process's performance and the final quality of the product to be studied. These include the operating temperature, the amount of catalyst used and the operating time.
Laboratory scale bioethanol plant covering liquefaction and saccharification of the raw material, fermentation of the sugars and distillation of the product. Temperature, pH and carbon dioxide are monitored through each stage of the process.
