Mixer mill developed for producing particles in the nanometre range from batches of up to 2 x 45 ml, reaching about 0.1 µm. It supports dry, wet and cryogenic grinding as well as mechanochemistry and mechanical alloying, and the larger jar volume distinguishes it from the MM 400.
Multipurpose mixer mill for dry, wet and cryogenic grinding of small sample quantities, and for cell disruption in reaction vials. Two jars oscillate radially at 3 to 30 Hz, and typical grinding times are 30 seconds to 2 minutes. It also handles mixing and homogenisation, which makes it a general purpose bench unit.
