This B-Series head plate tilts, which lets the head be supported at a chosen angle while the set-up stays reproducible and comfortable. Meicen publishes tilting angles of 5, 10, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 45 degrees and a specification of 377(L) x 306(W)/mm. It works with all U-frame masks and with every headrest type in the Meicen range.
A pin-lock design aimed at head and shoulder immobilisation, this C-Series plate accepts all S-Type thermoplastic masks and indexes headrests with standard silverman pins. Meicen publishes it at 600(L) x 606(W)/mm and states that it is dual-configured for adult and paediatric patients. Several fixing locations are available so the set-up can be matched to each patient.
Using the SINMED Corp fixation mode, the P-Series plate opens up treatment options across the head, neck, shoulders, thorax and pelvis. It accepts all P-Type thermoplastic masks, and Meicen lists compatibility with vacuum bags, headrests, leg positioner cushions and further accessories that sharpen positioning and patient comfort.
