A teaching unit for learning how the main human biosignals are measured and interpreted, including electrocardiography, pulse oximetry, blood pressure and body temperature. Signals are acquired through the control interface box and displayed on the computer.
Designed by EDIBON, the Environmental Measurement Unit, "M46", makes it possible to study the different techniques used to measure physical magnitudes such as humidity, air pressure, air flow and temperature, among others, using different types of sensors.
A patient simulator that generates the main biosignals, including the electrocardiogram, pulse oximetry and blood pressure, so that students can practise measurement and interpretation safely. Normal and abnormal traces can be produced on demand.
