Interchangeable Rox sensors are ruthenium oxide thick-film resistors that adhere to a standard curve, so units can be swapped without individual calibration. RX-102A-AA and RX-202A-AA cover 0.05 K to 40 K and RX-103A-AA covers 1.4 K to 40 K. Typical accuracy at 4.2 K is +/-16 mK.
Platinum resistance thermometers follow the IEC 751 standard curve and serve as cryogenic temperature sensing and control elements. The PT-103 covers 14 K to 873 K and the PT-111 covers 14 K to 673 K, both at 1 mA recommended excitation. Short-term stability is +/-5 mK at 77 K.
Ultra-low temperature Rox sensors make precise measurements below 10 mK, which suits dilution refrigerator systems. The RX-102B-RS-0.01B covers 5 mK to 40 K with a resistance of 10 kilohms to 20 kilohms and typical accuracy of +/-1.2 mK at 5 mK. Mounting hardware is included.
