A floor standing chamber furnace fitted with a metallic retort to give a heated volume under controlled atmosphere. Oxygen can be reduced to 30 ppm depending on the application, which suits stress relieving of additively manufactured parts.
A bottom loading furnace with an electrically operated elevator hearth that lifts the load into the heated zone. Elements sit in all six walls of a hexagonal chamber for good uniformity, and the 1600 deg C model suits sintering of zirconia dental crowns.
A furnace with an automatically operated vertically moving hood, so the load can be reached from three sides. Bottom loading HB-BL versions keep the hood fixed and move the hearth instead, and preheated air fans can be fitted for debinding.
