FME10 is a dead weight tester for calibrating Bourdon type pressure gauges. Known weights are placed on a piston of known area to generate a reference pressure, so gauge readings can be checked and the calibration error plotted.
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Pressure manometer | Bourdon type; 0–2.5 bar |
| Piston diameter | 18 mm |
| Piston weight | 0.5 kg |
| Calibration masses | 0.5, 1.0, 2.5 and 5 kg approx. |
| Unit dimensions | 500 x 400 x 500 mm approx. |
| Unit weight | 10 kg approx. |
Selected data from the model-specific panel on page 5 of the manufacturer LIFLUBA brochure. Unit dimensions and weights are approximate. The hydraulic bench/feed system and other required elements may be supplied separately; confirm the current model, accessories and complete quotation scope. Checked 2026-09-29.

FME37 is a bench module for calibrating flow meters. The meter under test is placed in the line and its reading is compared with the volume collected in the measuring tank of the hydraulics bench over a timed interval.
FME02 is a bench module for measuring flow over thin plate weirs. Rectangular and V notch weir plates are fitted in the channel of the hydraulics bench and head over the crest is read on a hook gauge, giving the discharge coefficient for each shape.
FME18 compares the common differential pressure flow meters. A venturi, an orifice plate and a rotameter are connected in series and the pressure drop across each is read on a multitube manometer, giving discharge coefficients and head loss.
