PowerLine Series are laser marking and engraving sub-systems that combine a laser with focusing and scanning optics and software. The range covers CO2, solid state infrared, green and ultraviolet, air cooled fibre and ultrashort pulse sources for 3D marking, on the fly marking and serialisation.
The Q60 cuts polycrystalline diamond, cubic boron nitride and carbides with a 600 W fibre laser. It is offered as a three axis Q60-3x plus four and five axis models, all using coaxial video and machine vision monitoring with eMicro control software.
EasyMark are self-contained table-top laser marking systems for manual loading, used for marking, annealing, engraving and cutting. Three models offer fibre laser options up to 50 W with marking areas of 120 x 120 mm or 240 x 240 mm in a Class I enclosure.
