Designed by EDIBON, the Rising Film Evaporator, "EPAB", is used to study the operating processes of a rising film evaporator. It monitors all the variables needed for a complete study of the process under the working conditions and investigates the effects of varying process parameters, such as vacuum, temperature, flow, etc., on rising film evaporation.
Designed by EDIBON, the Spray Drier, "SSPB", makes it possible to study processes involving aqueous emulsions, solutions, suspensions and colloidal solutions.
Continuous extraction of one or several components using a solvent can be studied with the Liquid-Liquid Extraction Unit, "UELL". Contact between the two phases takes place inside the vertically oriented packed column, where they circulate in countercurrent.
