The standard model in the WissEl velocity transducer line. It moves the gamma source during a Mossbauer measurement using NdFeB and SmCo5 magnets that leave practically no magnetic fringe field at the source position, so it suits all common Mossbauer experiments.
Low temperature CEMS detector assembly listed on WissEl's instrument list as the RiKon-5 detector together with a polyethylene foam cryostat and accessories. WissEl's MDAS-3TT entry adds that the RiKon-5TT package includes the foam cryostat and a temperature controller. It is the detector supplied with the MDAS-3TT low temperature data acquisition system.
The top model in the WissEl velocity transducer line, built on a massive steel housing with NdFeB and SmCo5 high field magnets. The small moving mass allows operation over a wide velocity range, and the absence of fringe fields suits bidirectional sources.
