Steel is Baosteel from Fortune Global 500, finished in an 11 process epoxy paint system that is ASTM tested as antibacterial, 0.12mm thick, 60° in brightness and able to resist a 50kg impact. Welding is Panasonic robotic work with a smooth seam through a full 360°. Head and foot boards use a powder coated steel frame with an MDF fire-proof plate, can be made to a customised size and carry a cartoon graphic. The platform and guardrail are also listed among the published highlights.
