Process version of the CAMSIZER, built into a stainless steel housing so it can be mounted in a production loop and measure size and shape continuously rather than on grab samples. It covers 30 µm to 30 mm for dry free flowing powders, granulates and bulk material.
Large particle image analyser covering 160 µm to 135 mm, so it reaches into the size range normally handled by sieving. That makes it directly relevant to aggregate, fertiliser and mineral grading, where it produces size and shape data from a sample of a few kilogrammes in minutes.
The large size version of the process CAMSIZER, covering 160 µm to 135 mm for coarse bulk material moving on a production line. It uses the same imaging principle and stainless steel construction as the standard ONLINE unit in a larger frame.
