Table movements run on a hydraulic pneumatic system together with a mechanical driven system and can be adjusted from both sides, while a foot-step hydraulic elevating system changes height without electric power and uses an imported Y-type sealing ring for durability. A foot treadle brake device makes the table straightforward to move and position. Leg plates with servo-assisted gas springs and handle operation fold down and rotate outward for urology, anorectal and other routine procedures, and the mattress is a one-piece seamless high-density memory sponge wrapped in imported artificial leather.
