Designed by EDIBON, the "AE-PLC-MEMB" Bottling Station supports hands-on study of an automated bottling process with five stages: container feeding, filling, cap feeding, capping, and final extraction. Pneumatic technology, industrial-grade sensors, and PLC-based control are featured, and the station is fully compatible with flexible manufacturing systems.
A set of practical exercises makes up the "AE-PLC-P" workstation, through which the student will understand how to control an automatic pressing system with a pneumatic handling system.
